1. Natural Gas Compressor Station Upgrade

  • Location: USA
  • Scope of Work: BIM modelling, mechanical system design, platform detailing, pipe supports and foundation design
  • Project Description: Upgraded compressor station facilities for a regional gas utility. Developed integrated 3D models for piping, equipment foundations, and cable tray systems. Gas pipes support system and design. Retrofit solutions to existing structures. Delivered fabrication-ready drawings and coordinated mechanical layouts ensuring OSHA-compliant access and ventilation systems. Used Navisworks for utility coordination.

2. Petrochemical Process Skid – Modular Design

  • Location: Middle East
  • Scope of Work: Structural analysis, skid base detailing, vibration and thermal stress assessment
  • Project Description: Engineered modular skid structures for petrochemical dosing systems. Accounted for dynamic load isolation and high-temperature pipe routing. Used STAAD Pro and Caesar II for advanced simulations and ensured modular fitment for overseas shipping.

3. LNG Storage and Distribution Facility

  • Location: Canada
  • Scope of Work: Civil and structural design, utility trench layout, fireproofing compliance
  • Project Description: Supported the design of LNG storage tanks, piping corridors, and associated infrastructure. Integrated blast wall design, secondary containment, and foundation tie-ins to meet extreme temperature and safety zone criteria. Used Navisworks for utility coordination.

4. Offshore Oil Platform Substructure Design

  • Location: South-East Asia
  • Scope of Work: Jacket foundation engineering, corrosion protection layout, equipment supports
  • Project Description: Executed detailed design of substructure jacket elements and deck framing for a nearshore oil platform. Incorporated cathodic protection systems and facilitated ISO-standard documentation for fabrication and marine transport logistics.

5. Refinery Utility Network BIM Coordination

  • Location: USA
  • Scope of Work: 3D BIM for piping, electrical raceways, HVAC and clash detection
  • Project Description: Developed LOD 350 coordinated BIM models of pipe racks, utility tunnels, and control rooms. Executed clash detection using Navisworks and Revit across disciplines. Optimized equipment clearances and safety egress in critical utility corridors.

6. Chemical Storage Terminal Revamp

  • Location: India
  • Scope of Work: Structural retrofit, piping layout redesign, safety audit engineering
  • Project Description: Performed a retrofit design for structural members and access platforms in a 25-year-old terminal. Updated piping layouts to accommodate new storage tanks. Included fire safety upgrades, blast load checks, and operator accessibility improvements. Steel platform supporting exhaust fans.

7. Gas Metering Skid & Analyzer Shelter Design

  • Scope of Work: 3D layout design, structural detailing, HVAC for gas analyzers
  • Project Description: Engineered pre-fabricated shelters for gas metering skids, incorporating HVAC and explosion-proof lighting systems. Delivered comprehensive shop drawings and MEP coordination models for plug-and-play deployment at site.
