1. Hyperscale Data Centre – RCC and Steel Structure

Scope of Work: Structural steel design, BIM modelling (LOD 300), connection detailing

Project Description:
Engineered a modular structural steel framework for a hyperscale data centre with high live load capacity and vibration control. Delivered full 3D BIM models with coordination and connection details for prefabricated assembly.

2. High-Rise Residential Tower – RCC Structure

Location: Middle East

Scope of Work: Structural design (ACI/BS standards), seismic analysis, BIM integration

Project Description:
Designed a 30-storey residential tower with reinforced concrete framing, incorporating seismic and wind load analysis. Delivered BIM-coordinated documentation and FEA-optimized structural elements to minimize material use and maximize constructability.

3. Precast Residential Blocks – Modular Construction

Scope of Work: Precast panel design, 3D BIM (LOD 300), connection detailing

Project Description:
Developed modular precast concrete systems for multi-family housing blocks. Provided efficient erection sequencing and supported fast-track project timelines through prefabrication strategies.

4. Structural Steel Warehouse & Logistics Centre

Scope of Work:Steel design (CSA/AISC), snow load analysis, foundation engineering

Project Description:
Designed a large-span warehouse with mezzanine and dock structures using structural steel framing. Accounted for heavy snow loads and frost heave in the foundation design using detailed geotechnical interaction models.

5. Gurudwara Community Centre – Composite RCC & Steel

Scope of Work: RCC and Steel design, seismic, Snow, wind and , adaptive reuse

Project Description:
Provided structural analysis and redesign for a heritage gurudwara. Integrated Structural Steel with RCC framing while ensuring seismic compliance and cultural preservation.

6. Timber-Framed Residential Villas

Scope of Work: Timber structure design (SANS standards), wind and uplift analysis

Project Description:
Engineered a series of eco-friendly timber villas with sloped roofs and open interiors. Optimized structural member sizes through wind load and uplift analysis specific to coastal exposure conditions.

7. Commercial Office Complex – RCC & Post-Tensioned Slabs

Scope of Work: RCC + PT slab design, foundation engineering, FEA

Project Description:
Designed RCC frames with post-tensioned slabs to reduce column counts and enhance floor space. Conducted finite element analysis to simulate deflections and crack control across various load stages.

8. Structural Audit & Rehabilitation – Jetty & Pier
